Have You Received the National GP Patient Survey? Please Share Your Experience

Some of our patients may recently have received a questionnaire for the GP Patient Survey. This is a national survey carried out on behalf of NHS England to understand patients’ experiences of GP services.

The survey is sent to a random selection of patients registered with GP practices across England. It asks about your experience of contacting your practice, making appointments, and the care you receive from healthcare professionals. Your feedback helps the NHS understand what is working well and where improvements can be made.

If you have received a questionnaire, we would really appreciate you taking a few minutes to complete it. Your views are extremely valuable and help us improve the services we provide to our patients.
